Line Dancing

Exercise Room
Country Western, Latin, Pop and many variations are taught in this class. Come join the fun! Sign-Up is required.
Ballroom Dancing
Monday | 10:45 a.m.
Includes a variety of styles of traditional dancing. Our classes operate on a structured two-month schedule, with each session building upon the skills learned in the previous class. To get the most out of the experience, we highly recommend starting at the beginning of the cycle. Sign-Up is required.
Walking Club

Join us at the Recreation Center as we walk around the indoor track. This group will help you stay fit and motivated. Walking provides many health benefits and everyone can join. Sign-Up is required.
Tai Chi- VIDEO

Exercise Room
This class is provide via video. Come and experience this ancient Chinese tradition that is now practiced all over the world! This self-paced, gentle form of stretching and exercise involves three pieces: health, meditation, and martial arts.
Zumba
Tuesday & Thursday | 9:30 a.m.
Exercise Room
Zumba is a fitness program that combines Latin and international music with dance moves. Zumba routines incorporate interval training — alternating fast and slow rhythms — to help improve cardiovascular fitness. Sign-Up is required.
Sit & Be Fit

Chair exercises intended to increase core strength, balance, coordination, circulation and flexibility. This class is a fun, full body workout for anyone. Sign-up is required.
Cardio Dance/Cardio Toning
Tuesday | 12 p.m.
Friday | 10:30 a.m.
Dance & toning party class, consisting of various types of dance including: Zumba, aerobic dance, line dancing, cardio kickboxing and more! We will also tone using various types of equipment and styles of resistive conditioning set to lively music. Don’t miss this fun class! Sign-Up is required.
Yoga
Tuesday & Thursday | 1 p.m.
This class for seniors will improve your strength, balance, flexibility, coordination and fitness in a safe effective manner. Sign-Up is required.
Total Body Yoga & Pilates
Friday | 11:15 a.m.
We will combine Yoga & Pilates for a unique class. Pilates is a form of exercise which concentrates on strengthening the body with an emphasis on core strength. This helps to improve general fitness and overall well-being. Similar to Yoga, Pilates concentrates on posture, balance and flexibility. Sign-Up is required.
3 Set Weights
Thursday | 12 p.m.
Using various types of resistive equipment including but not limited to: dumbbells, resistance bands and stability balls. Sign-Up is required.
Chair Volleyball
Monday | 12 p.m.
Friday | 12:30 p.m.
Chair volleyball is very different than a traditional game and even beach volleyball. It’s played inside, players sit on chairs and the ball is a beach ball. Players can hit the ball as often as they want or need to get it over the net. The net is lower than traditional volleyball, usually five feet high, and each team seats six players on each side of the net. Then the fun, jokes and laughter begin. music. Don’t miss this fun class! Sign-Up is required.
