Introducing Facilitron: Our New Facility Request System

City of Pearland Parks and Recreation is pleased to announce our new partnership with Facilitron to streamline the facility rental request process. With custom facility use sites, reservation requests can be submitted easily and will be handled more efficiently. Renters will be able to access photos and descriptions, see real-time availability, get estimated quotes and pay online. You can view and request all facilities at: Facilitron Pearland.

The new Facilitron system is now live. Moving forward, the only way to request use of a facility is by creating a Facilitron account and submitting a request online. Although the process of requesting/approval/management of facility use is now digital, what’s implemented on Facilitron remains the same as dictated by Pearland Parks & Recreation board policies on facility use. The City of Pearland Parks and Recreation's administrative staff makes final decisions on all facility use requests.

Creating an Account

If you had prior reservations, an account has been automatically created for you. Check your email for access details.

If you're new, Sign Up at Facilitron.

Placing a Request

  1. Go to Facilitron Pearland.
  2. Search for a facility and use filters to find your space.
  3. Select dates and times for your event.
  4. Complete the application and submit your request.

Payments and Documents

Payments can be submitted conveniently on Facilitron during the checkout process or after a request has been approved. Payment options include major credit cards, checks, ACH/eCheck, and PayPal.

Proof of insurance (certificate of insurance) can also be conveniently uploaded into the system and will be automatically verified.

Facilitron will send invoices, collect payment, and verify proof of insurance and non-profit status on behalf of the Pearland Parks & Rec.
